Following recent reports that TNA wrestler Bobby Roode’s contract had expired, explaining his absence from the last two weeks of Impact Wrestling television, it appears as if the current tag team champion will indeed compete tonight at TNA’s annual Lockdown pay-per-view.

A report from PWInsider is claiming that not only is Roode on hand in San Antonio for tonight’s event, but that all contract issues with the former World Champion have been resolved. However, this is after conflicting reports suggest that Roode had previously signed a long-term contract that would keep him tied to the company through 2015.

At this time we have no update to explain Roode’s absence from TNA television, but he is expected to defend the tag team titles alongside his partner, Austin Aries, against the teams of Bad Influence, as well as Chavo Guerrero and “Supermex” Hernandez.

We will have live coverage of tonight’s event at 8/7c as TNA goes live on pay-per-view with Lockdown!
