If you caught Raw last night, you might have heard people chanting for Xavier Woods, Paige, and oddly enough former WWE talent Brad Maddox. Why? I’m sure I have no idea. They’re three totally unrelated wrestlers that have nothing to do with one another.

The New Day appeared in a pre-recorded segment where they ran down the big matches at WrestleMania ahead of their hosting duties at the show. There was a massive cheer when Xavier appeared on-screen. Why? Again, no idea here.

Big E also suspiciously asked Xavier if there was anything he wanted to tell them about. It was odd. It almost made it seem like Woods was involved in some sort of controversy or scandal, but I certainly haven’t heard about it.

Now WWE has gone and disabled comments for that video. What a strange thing to do. I don’t know what the people were saying in that comment section, but I’m sure it was only support for the New Day in their role as WrestleMania hosts.

Such a strange thing.

In all seriousness, it doesn’t seem that WWE has any plans to take action against Woods or Paige, but it looks like things were getting ugly in the comments section. Having had to moderate a wrestling comments page all weekend, I feel their pain.

Let us know what you think here or on Facebook, folks, but please–keep it classy.
