In the following interview, Sting speaks to WWE cameras about joining the company. The conversation was filmed following Sting’s recent appearance on a WWE and Mattel panel at the San Diego Comic-Con.

Sting has been announced as the pre-order bonus character for “WWE 2K15,” the latest installment of WWE games, which will be released in the United States on Oct. 28 and world-wide on Oct. 31. This is just one of the many licensing deals that Sting has made with WWE. He’s also given the company the green light to create Sting action figures and merchandise to sell on Shop.WWE.com.

However, the question that the WWE Universe is continually asking Sting is, “Will you ever wrestle for WWE?” Sting has been very vocal about this subject, and remains so in front of WWE cameras during the following interview. Sting wants to work at least one more match, and he wants it to be in a WWE ring with The Undertaker.

The Undertaker doesn’t know whether or not he’ll ever wrestle again, but Sting would love to hook up with the Deadman at WrestleMania 31 in Santa Clara, Calif. on March 29. In his conversation with WWE.com, Sting eludes to the fact that he’s “named his opponent,” and that he’s sad the Undertaker’s undefeated streak ended at WrestleMania XXX, as he wanted to have a “shot” and conquering the unconquerable.

Editor’s Note:
All this Sting stuff is FINALLY happening. I said I wouldn’t believe it until I saw it…and now I’m getting super excited about it! I’m practically an old man in wrestling years…and I LOVED Sting as a kid. I may have to break out $15 and get that new WWE figure just to say I bought a WWE produced Sting toy.
