The latest edition of “Wrestling Observer Radio” saw hosts Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez discuss undercard matches that may take place at “Survivor Series” on Nov. 23. Over the last few weeks of WWE programming, the company has put all of its promotional power behind building up the Team Authority vs. Team Cena main event, leaving the lower and mid carders wondering who will work the event, and in what capacity.
As previously reported, a multiple tag team bout for the WWE Tag Team Championship is likely to take place on the card. The teams involved should be Los Matadores, Miz and Mizdow, The Usos, and current WWE Tag Champs Goldust and Stardust. While these four teams are likely those that will be included during the bout, the team of Xavier Woods, Big E, and Kofi Kingston may appear at the event, possibly even during this match.
Another undercard match that’s been penciled in for “Survivor Series” features Adam Rose and The Bunny. It seems as if The Bunny is fed up with getting attacked by Rose fooling “Smackdown,” and will challenge the WWE’s resident party man to a match on Nov. 23.
Originally, it was said that the company wanted to use Darren Young as the man behind the bunny mask, although this new wave of attacks from Rose, and with Titus O’Neil removed from the feud, the company may not choose to put Young under the suit. This match will likely either take place at the start of the show, or even before the PPV on the Kick-off program featured on the WWE Network.
Other matches that may take place on the undercard of “Survivor Series” will likely feature Divas such as Paige and Alicia Fox, and possibly Hornswoggle and El Torito.
Editor’s Note:
The undercard of this event looks extrememly weak. The main event should last an hour.
