Kofi Kingston will join Xavier Woods on a “new day.” During the Nov. 10 edition of “Monday Night Raw,” a video promo was shown featuring Kingston in a similar outfit and gimmick to what Woods has portrayed in recent video packages. Both men claim a “new day” is on the horizon.

As previously reported, both Kingston and fellow dark match tag team partner Big E, are expected to share in this “new day” with Woods. Originally, it was reported that this new stable of men would be a “new” edition of the Attitude Era faction, the Nation of Domination. However, this group will likely be something completely different now that WWE is dealing with multiple reports about the company being drenched in racism.

While both video packages for Woods and Kingston have featured flashy new suits and a choir, it is unsure as to what kind of gimmick the “new day” faction will be portraying. Many believe that if WWE gives all three men a “black preacher”-esc gimmick, that their racism will be even more evident than if they merely reboot the old Nation of Domination team.

A video package including Big E as part of the “new day” should debut during the Nov. 17 edition of “Monday Night Raw.”
