Former WWE Champion Rob Van Dam may appear on “RAW” Monday night. While this is currently a rumor, it has been confirmed by a source that Van Dam is in Dallas, Texas where “Monday Night Raw” is to be filmed on December 16th.

Van Dam was seen arriving to the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport on Monday afternoon. Rumors have since been spreading that Van Dam is backstage at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas, where “Monday Night Raw” will emanate.

With December 16th being one day removed the latest WWE Pay-Per-View, “WWE TLC,” many believe that the upcoming episode of “Monday Night Raw” that will be broadcasted from the American Airlines Center should be a big event. It will be what many consider the beginning of the company’s annual “Road to WrestleMania” season.

Van Dam has not appeared on WWE TV since October’s “WWE Battleground,” where he lost to Alberto Del Rio in a “Hardcore Match.” Van Dam has been rumored to be on a part-time contract with the WWE, which allows him to be active with the company for three months, and then be three months off. He he does return on December 16th, or in January of 2014, it would seem like this rumor is pretty accurate.

No one really knows what deal Van Dam currently has with the WWE, or when he will indeed return, but according to our sources, he could make his presence known a LOT sooner than later.
