The latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter claims Sheamus and Sin Cara engaged in a real fight backstage during the May 5-6 TV tapings. The report claims that things became physical between Sheamus, real name Stephen Farrelly, and Sin Cara, real name Jorge Arias, but no one yet knows the details surrounding the matter.

Apparently, the only detail that has been reported is that Arias got the better of Farrelly in the brawl. Farrelly and Arias both competed in the 20-man Battle Royal for the United States Championship on Monday, May 5, which saw Farrelly become the victor.

The report does not state whether the fight took place on Monday during the “Monday Night Raw” broadcast, or Tuesday night during the “Main Event” and “Smackdown” tapings.

Editor’s Note:

I’m interested. I want to know more now. I wanna know WHY they fought…and how brutal it got. Something about a backstage fight just gets you amped up to know everything!
