Multiple sources are reporting that NXT star Bray Wyatt may get the call up to WWE’s main roster very soon. Wyatt, real name Windham Rotunda, has been one of the NXT’s stand out superstars and has been impressing WWE officials with his in-ring ability since he began in Florida Championship Wrestling in 2009. Rotunda had formerly wrestled under the name Husky Harris for the WWE and was part of The Nexus and original NXT reality competition.
After the Nexus had run its course, WWE officials sent Rotunda (son of WWE legend “Irwin R. Schyster” Mike Rotunda) back to their FCW developmental territory where he began wrestling under a new gimmick as Bray Wyatt. Fans and officials are praising Rotunda for his athleticism and charisma with this new character, and talks of bringing him back into the “big leagues” are just getting stronger. The amount of big superstars on the main roster right now is lacking, and it’s said that the WWE believes Wyatt potentially could be the next big heel of the company.
