We have some sad news to report today, as WWE legend Kamala has passed away at the age of 70.

Kamala, whose real name is James Harris, battled the greatest Superstars in sports-entertainment history, including Hulk Hogan, The Undertaker and Andre the Giant. He terrorized opponents and thrilled audiences in Mid-South, World Class Championship Wrestling, WCW and WWE until 2006.

I remember Kamala when I was growing up and always thought that he was a larger-than-life character. From the cool paint that he used all over his body, so the way that he appeared to dominate his opponents, I remember being scared of him as a kid. That was what he was going for, and so his gimmick was working! He will be sadly missed, no doubt.
