Update on Bray Wyatt’s Sister Receiving Tryout With WWE

The real Sister Abigail may be headed to WWE sooner than we think.

On a recent episode of WOOOOO! Nation, WWE Hall of Famer and podcast host Ric Flair confirmed that Mika Rotunda – who is the real life sister of Bray Wyatt – was trying out with WWE. It won’t be in a wrestling role, though, as her tryout will be for a ring announcer position.

It had been previously reported that Rontunda had received a tryout, but it was unknown at the time what her potential role would be.

WWE officials have reportedly expressed interest in bringing a Sister Abigail character to the group to work alongside Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper, and Braun Strowman.

If Rotunda receives a contract, she will be the fourth member of the family to be employed by WWE. Her father, Mike Rotunda, is a current road agent with the company, and performed in the 1990’s as Irwin R. Schyster, or “I.R.S.”

Both of Mika’s brothers are also current WWE performers; Windham Rotunda currently performs as Bray Wyatt, and in an interesting note, was named after Barry Windham, who was Mike’s tag team partner in the 1980s.

The younger of the two brothers, Taylor Rotunda, is known as Bo Dallas.

Mika currently works for CW44-TV in Tampa, Florida, and her official Facebook page lists her as being a broadcaster, videographer and aspiring entertainer. In addition, her personal website, Where2nextmika.com, is dedicated to fitness and nutrition.

If Mika is anything the rest of the family, she will be a natural fit in WWE. Logic would tell us that she could easily slide into a role as Sister Abigail, but WWE and logic don’t always go hand-in-hand.
