Stephanie McMahon To Make Announcement On Raw; Rumors On What It Could Be

When the boss comes to Raw, you know something big is coming.

WWE announced on Twitter yesterday that Raw Commissioner Stephanie McMahon will be attending the show this coming Monday and has a historic announcement:

BREAKING: Commissioner @StephMcMahon will appear LIVE this Monday on #RAW to deliver a historic announcement!

While the company hasn’t specifically addressed what the announcement will be, a report from Pro Wrestling Sheet says that the announcement will be a Women’s only pay-per-view event, which will feature talent from both Raw and Smackdown Live.

PWInsider is reporting that the event would take place this September at the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, Long Island. The most likely date would be September 30, but nothing has been confirmed at this point.

When I first saw this story, I thought that she would be on Raw to address Kurt Angle and his performance as the General Manager. However, if this announcement is true, that would be another milestone and historic moment for professional wrestling. We’ll all be anxiously awaiting to see what happens this Monday night!
