However, the match may be historic for another very important reason.
According to the latest report from PWInsider, this match will in fact be the match that closes the show tonight. This means that a women’s match will main event a pay-per-view for the first time in the history of the company.
Since this match was announced, there have been conflicting reports on where it would be on the card. We thought that Mick Foley made it official on his Facebook page a couple of weeks ago, but his post was quickly edited later in the same day.
The match between Banks and Charlotte will be a rematch from their October 3 contest on “Monday Night Raw.” Banks was able to defeat Charlotte and win her second “Raw” Women’s Championship on that evening.
Editor’s Note:
This is how it should be. In my opinion, the feud between these two has been the most intriguing leading up to “Hell in a Cell,” and I know that they will put on another amazing match tonight. Add the fact that the event is taking place in Banks’ hometown of Boston, and it’s a perfect situation to have this match close the show.
