Lights, Camera, McMahon?

It had been previously reported that WWE Studios is teaming with TriStar to release a biopic on the life of Vince McMahon. According to a new report from PWInsider, actor Bradley Cooper has been given an offer to play “the boss” in the upcoming film.

It is unknown at this time if Cooper is interested in the role.

This would not be his first time to be involved in WWE; he appeared briefly on an episode of “Raw” in June 2007, to promote the feature film version of “The A-Team.” You can see a highlight below:

Raw: "The A-Team" engage in a "rowdy" encounter

From the article:

The script to Pandemonium was written by Craig A. Williams (who wrote Disney’s live action Underdog adaptation few years back) back in 2015 and has undergone several drafts. The belief was that once WWE Studios became involved with the project, the existing script would undergo heavy rewrites to remove some of aspects of the film that the McMahon family would not be happy with.

Editor’s Note:

Why the heck not? Cooper is a very talented actor, and besides, who wouldn’t want the opportunity to strut like a champ, and say “YOU’RE FIRED!” in a motion picture?
