One of the greatest divas in WWE history has the opportunity to continue her legacy and influence a new generation of women in the wrestling industry.
According to
PWInsider Elite, WWE Hall of Famer Lita has transitioned to a new role within WWE as a full-time consultant and liaison for the company. She has recently been backstage at all recent TV and pay-per-view events, becoming involved in different discussions and meetings. It is unknown at this time what her exactly role is with the company.
Lita was most recently seen as a judge on the WWE reality series “Tough Enough,” along with Billy Gunn and The Miz. She is a former 4-time WWE Women’s Champion, and was also inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2014, by her close friend and biggest rival Trish Stratus.
Editor’s Note:
YES. Lita was always one of my favorite divas growing up, and is without a doubt one of the greatest female wrestlers of all time. With the recent Divas Revolution being so successful, having someone with the caliber and credibility of Lita with the company to potentially help guide this movement will only pay huge dividends for both the female competitors as well as the company as a whole in the future.
