Apparently Nikki Bella didn’t want to wait long for her rematch.

WWE has announced that Nikki Bella will receive her rematch for the WWE Divas Championship against Charlotte at the “Hell In A Cell” pay-per-view live on the WWE Network from Los Angeles, California on Oct. 25.

Nikki Bella will look to regain the Divas Championship after losing to Charlotte back at “Night of Champions,” ending her 301 day reign as Divas Champion-the longest reign in the title’s history.

Over the last few weeks, it looked as though Paige would interject herself into the Divas Title picture-stemming from her “Paigebomb” promo that she dropped on her Team PCB counterparts the night after “Night of Champions.” In addition, Charlotte and Becky Lynch turned their backs on Paige during their tag team match at the WWE Network Live Event on Oct. 4., leading more to believe that Paige might be receiving a title shot in the near future.

Backstage speculation originally called for a Fatal 4-Way match between Paige, Sasha Banks, Charlotte and Nikki Bella at “Hell In A Cell.” WWE might still decide to add Divas to this match, as there are still three weeks until the pay-per-view.

It was also previously reported that Nikki Bella would be taking time off in the near future to rest up several lingering injuries, and giving her this rematch might be WWE’s way of writing her off television to recover.

Editor’s Note:

I was very excited to hear that their was speculation of a Fatal 4-Way match for “Hell In A Cell,” especially since we have witnessed several amazing Fatal 4-Way matches between these women when they were down in NXT. However, I enjoyed the first match between Nikki  Bella and Charlotte, and I am sure I will enjoy the rematch as well. I am just waiting for WWE to split up all of these female teams and have more women feuding for the title very soon.
