It would appear that things are getting funky again in WWE.
Over the weekend, the following messages were posted on social media by Cameron and Naomi, leading up to Cameron’s return return match:

Cameron was last seen on WWE programming on the February 10 edition of NXT, where she lost to Alexa Bliss. She had been receiving a lot of criticism from fans prior to this point, as she had not appeared on the main roster in quite a long time.
Her last appearance on the main roster was on the April 30, 2015 edition of “Smackdown,” where she lost in a non-title match to then Divas champion Nikki Bella.
Cameron is most known for her role as a member of the Funkadactyls, which were cheerleaders that accompanied former WWE superstar Brodus Clay to the ring. She has also been featured quite prominently as a cast member of E! Network’s hit reality series “Total Divas.”
Editor’s Note:
Right now, I really don’t care about this one way or the other. I’m glad for anyone that is able to be a part of the main roster of WWE, but with the way that the Divas division is picking up speed, she needs to improve her ring skills quickly, or she will get lost in the shuffle. I wouldn’t mind seeing her in NXT, as I think she does have a good look and good be an asset to the company going forward.
