Ring of Honor star Jay Lethal, the current holder of both the ROH World Championship and ROH Television Championship, wouldn’t be opposed to going one-on-one with WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins somewhere down the road.
In a recent interview with Sports Illustrated Extra Mustard, Lethal said he’d be game if both ROH and WWE could somehow arrange the epic dream encounter.
“How cool would it be if there was a champion versus champion match? There is no way I would turn that down. Whether or not both companies could get this on the same platform is a shot in the dark, but we’d have a tremendous match. I’ve never got to wrestle Rollins before, either, even though he’s a former Ring of Honor world champion, so he’s never experienced the ‘Lethal Injection.'”
Lethal defeated Jay Briscoe at ROH’s “Best in the World” event to become the first man in company history to hold both belts at once.
Rollins will have the opportunity to become a dual champion in his own right this Sunday at WWE “SummerSlam” when he faces WWE United States Champion John Cena in a “Winner Take All” match.

Lethal vs. Rollins? Don’t tease me like this.
