News and Notes from Daniel Bryan and Brie Bella’s Wedding Day

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan (real name: Bryan Danielson) and Brie Bella (real name: Brianna Garcia-Colace) were married at the L’Auberge de Sedona resort and spa this past Friday.

The crew for “WWE Total Divas” was on hand to film the festivities. Footage from the wedding will air during the season finale later this spring.

Brie stole the show in a Katie May wedding gown at the “country rustic”-themed, casual wedding. The bridesmaids wore boho-chic white dresses, while the groomsmen donned dark jeans, white button-down shirts, suspenders and bow ties. The wedding party wore TOMS shoes, except for Brie, who was given a pair of Yves Saint Laurent heels from her twin. (Brie admitted she’d rather go barefooted!) Also, Josie, the happy couple’s French Bulldog, joined four flower girls and one ring bearer at the ceremony. (via WWE.com)

Nikki Bella, Cameron, Naomi, Natalya, Eva Marie, John Cena, Tyson Kidd, Jimmy Uso, Cesaro and NXT trainer Sara Del Rey were all in attendance.

In her first comments since the ceremony, Brie posted the following on her Instagram account:

I’ve married the man of my dreams. I’m officially Mrs. Danielson. It was a breathtaking sentimental ceremony that we will be sharing with all of you soon. The best part was walking down the aisle barefooted (yes Nikki let me 🙂 to my husband to be. I will always remember the way he looked at me.

The happy couple aren’t expected to be on “Monday Night RAW” this week as they’ll be celebrating their honeymoon.
