The “Submission Sorority” is no more.
It was announced on “Monday Night Raw” this week that the trio of Paige, Charlotte, and Becky Lynch would be using the name moving forward as part of the Divas Revolution. Unfortunately, it was eventually revealed that if the words “Submission Sorority” were entered into a search engine, a series of pornographic websites would emerge, which is a big no-no for World Wrestling Entertainment.
Dave Meltzer of PWInsider.com had reported that a potential name WWE was considering was “Submission Sisters.”
During the Aug. 6 edition of “Smackdown,” two-thirds of PCB in Charlotte and Becky Lynch fell short in their tag team match to Sasha Banks and Naomi of Team B.A.D, with Naomi picking up the pinfall over Ric Flair’s daughter.
WWE even refers to Charlotte and Becky Lynch as the PCB in the YouTube video’s description.
Editor’s Note
PCB isn’t exactly the most original name I’ve ever heard in my life, but at least it won’t subject children to a series of videos on Google that they have no business watching.
