When the WWE Network was released to the public on Feb. 24, it was revealed that it would be available on the next-generation gaming consoles, the Xbox One and the Playstation 4. While the Playstation 4 received a WWE Network application rather quickly, the Xbox One was not scheduled to get the WWE Network until “Summer 2014.”

However, it now appears that the WWE Network has arrived on the Xbox One. According to F4WOnline, a WWE Network application on the Xbox One became available this week. As noted, this is ahead of schedule from its original planned release date of a date during the summer of 2014.

Additionally, F4WOnline reported that the arrival of the WWE Network on the console came without warning. However, it is said to be fully functional and working quite well.

Editor’s Note

I’m a bit surprised WWE didn’t make some sort of announcement, as it may have led to an increase in subscribers, leading to the “Extreme Rules” event.

If you have an Xbox One and already subscribe to the WWE Network, be sure to check if you indeed can download an application for the WWE Network. In fact, let us at WrestlingRumors.net know below in the comments or on our Twitter account, @WrestleRumors.
