With 2014 in the rear view mirror, it will soon be time for WWE to release its fourth quarter earnings, in addition to its annual yearlong results for 2014. In a press release issued on Jan. 15, WWE announced that these two reports will be revealed to the public on Thursday, Feb. 12.
Below is the press release, noting that it will involve Vince McMahon and WWE CFO George Barrios:
WWE® to Report Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2014 Results
“STAMFORD, CONN. — WWE (NYSE:WWE) announced that it will report its fourth quarter and full year 2014 results on Thursday, February 12, 2015, before the opening of the market. The Company’s Chairman & CEO, Vincent K. McMahon, and the Company’s Chief Strategy & Financial Officer George Barrios, will host a conference call beginning at 11:00 a.m. ET to discuss the results.

Participants can access the conference call by dialing 1-855-200-4993 (toll free) from the U.S. and Canada or 1-913-489-5104 from outside the U.S. and Canada (Conference passcode for both lines: 7751938). Please reserve a line 15 minutes prior to the start time of the conference call.
The earnings release and presentation to be referenced during the call will be available at ir.corporate.wwe.com. A replay of the call will be available after the conference call concludes, and can be accessed on the Company’s web site.”
Throughout 2014, each quarter earnings report has given fans of WWE to keep tabs on the progress of the WWE Network. After decent numbers upon the WWE Network’s launch, numbers have failed to rapidly increase, leading to significant financial loss and layoffs.
Editor’s Note
I expect the number of WWE Network subscribers to barely increase. The WWE Network finally comes to the United Kingdom and Ireland on Jan. 19, but those added subscribers from WWE’s second-largest market won’t be part of this upcoming report.
