As we previously reported, WWE is going back in the direction of pushing the larger than life wrestlers. This explains the reasoning behind Big Show being back in the main event spotlight. According to PWInsider, WWE feels it has plenty of average-size wrestlers on its current roster. The company feels that it is time to sign the bigger and burlier talents instead.

The report goes on to state that WWE is looking to focus more on these larger than life wrestlers as opposed to guys like CM Punk and Daniel Bryan. The website adds that one of the reasons that Punk and Bryan will likely take on Erick Rowan and Luke Harper at Survivor Series is to elevate both Rowan and Harper. While WWE officials are also high on Bray Wyatt, they also want to push Rowan and Harper as well.
