With WrestleMania season right around the corner as the new year slowly begins to approach, according to F4WOnline, WWE officials have had discussions about possible matches on the card. Some of these matches involve Brock Lesnar, The Rock, The Undertaker, and Ryback. However, some of these ideas hinge on if The Rock will be wrestling at the thirtieth anniversary of WWE’s grand spectacle.
If Dwayne Johnson does decide to wrestle in his third WrestleMania in a row, the plan is for Johnson’s opponent to be none other than Brock Lesnar. If Johnson commits and that match goes through, WWE is planning on having Ryback challenge The Undertaker’s Streak at WrestleMania.
The reasoning behind Ryback getting a crack at The Undertaker is having Paul Heyman make another attempt at ending the streak like he did last year with CM Punk. However, this time, he will have a bigger guy take on Undertaker in Ryback. Although, this hinges on Ryback’s partnership with Heyman being a huge success. There is even some talk that should WWE ever decide to end the streak, WWE officials believe Ryback could be the guy to put an end to Undertaker’s storied career at ‘Mania. However, if The Rock does not compete or Ryback and Heyman don’t generate success, WWE officials may have Brock Lesnar be the one to challenge Undertaker instead.
