Possible WrestleMania Rematch Pitched for WrestleMania XXX

According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, some members of WWE’s creative team have been pitching a match that would have CM Punk and Randy Orton face each other for the WWE Championship. As of now, there are no details on who would go in as the WWE Champion, or how the feud would begin.

This wouldn’t be the first time the two have faced each other at a WrestleMania. Randy Orton was victorious against Punk in a stellar match during WrestleMania 27 in Atlanta, Georgia. Randy Orton may very well be on his way to becoming WWE Champion again as he battles Daniel Bryan for the WWE Championship at the upcoming WWE Battleground pay-per-view.
