As previously reported on Jan. 15, WWE announced that a revamped reboot of its past series “Tough Enough” will come to the USA Network. Not much additional information about the reality show contest has been revealed, but head NXT trainer Bill DeMott teased his inclusion in the upcoming season.
On Friday, Jan. 16, DeMott posted the following tweet regarding “Tough Enough” returning:

Bill DeMott was featured as a trainer on season three of “Tough Enough,” which aired in 2002. Additionally, DeMott was part of the first revival of “Tough Enough” in 2011. In what would go down as season five of the series, DeMott served again as a trainer, appearing on a number of episodes. In fact, in the season finale, DeMott was part of the final challenge, which saw the two finalists face DeMott in an eight minute exhibition match.
Similarly, in the “WWE 2K15” video game, Bill DeMott is featured as the head trainer of NXT. In the title’s “MyCareer” mode, the player performs a number of tasks and challenges from DeMott, just like a contestant goes through on “Tough Enough.”
Editor’s Note
Not too surprising that Bill DeMott will likely be on this reboot of “Tough Enough.” Hopefully it is revamped in a way to make it more watchable.
