The American Wolves Debut Under New Name at Latest NXT Tapings

As we previously reported today (November 21), The American Wolves may appear on NXT programming in the upcoming weeks. In an update to the report, at the ongoing NXT tapings for over four weeks of upcoming programming, The American Wolves, Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards, made their debut match with the promotion. Although, the two went under the name “The American Pitbulls.” This edition of NXT will be available on December 18.

The two reportedly obtained a huge ovation from the crowd. However, The American Pitbulls would be defeated by NXT Tag Team Champions The Ascension. This match was a non-title match.
