According to F4WOnline, NXT star Sami Callihan who goes under the ring name Solomon Crowe for the promotion may debut on the main roster as a part of a new tag team. Although, it is unclear who Crowe would team up with or when his debut would occur. Crowe’s NXT debut match came in August as he was defeated by Xavier Woods, who coincidentally, made his WWE debut on the latest edition of Monday Night Raw on November 18.

It was confirmed that Callihan had signed with WWE in late May of 2013. Shorty after the confirmation, Calliah worked his farewell match at Pro Wrestling Guerrilla. Callihan would go on to lose his farewell match to the then PWG World Champion Adam Cole in a sixty-minute ironman match. Cole bested Calliahn six falls to five.
