Update on Why Bayley is Getting a Title Shot at SummerSlam

On Monday’s Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer talked about why Bayley is getting a shot at the Raw Women’s Championship at SummerSlam, despite the fact that she’s been booked horrendously over the last few months.

“Now they’re trying to rehab [Bayley], but they’ve already done the damage. That run after WrestleMania was just a killer for her.”

It also looks like Bayley will win the championship at SummerSlam, then begin a feud with Sasha Banks shortly thereafter.
