Brock Lesnar has appeared on just about every Raw show since the beginning of this year, and, on top of that, he’s been taking on more house show dates. So, it looks like the former WWE and UFC Heavyweight Champion is willing to work significantly more often than he has since his return to the company in 2012.
Most fans are expecting Lesnar to, once again, leave WWE after WrestleMania, and not return until the summer, despite the fact that it looks like he’s going to win the Universal Championship on April 2. But, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, that’s not going to be the case, as Lesnar has agreed to appear on television more frequently throughout the rest of this year.
Also according to the Observer, this will be the most work Lesnar has done in a year with WWE since he was a full-timer back in the early 2000s.
As of right now, the planned main event for WrestleMania 34 is Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar, which will likely be for the Universal Championship. So, it looks like Lesnar will probably hold onto the title for an entire year, which is why he’s going to be used on television more often.
