Jon Jones: 'I'll deal with Brock Lesnar' after UFC 214 rematch with Daniel Cormier

During Wednesday’s UFC 214 pre-fight press conference, UFC president Dana White was asked about Brock Lesnar’s rumored UFC return, and about another rumor, which suggests that Lesnar will return to fight Jon Jones in December.

“It’s crazy, I don’t even know where that thing came from,” White said. “First of all, I haven’t talked to Brock Lesnar. So, I don’t know if you [Jon Jones] have talked to Brock Lesnar because I haven’t talked to Brock Lesnar. He said ‘not recently.’ Me neither. So, yeah, I’m telling you right now that I have not talked to Brock Lesnar. It sounds like nobody believes me, but it’s true. I have not talked to Brock Lesnar, and according to Jon, he said he hasn’t either.”

And when Jones was asked about Lesnar, he kept it short and sweet.

“I’ll deal with Daniel, and then I’ll deal with Brock Lesnar.”

Jon Jones is set to challenge Daniel Cormier for the UFC light heavyweight championship at this Saturday’s UFC 214. Jones easily won their first fight, and he’s being favored to win the rematch. If he wins, he could very well call out Brock Lesnar.
