While many have been curious if Lesnar and Taker bladed, they reported were busted open the hard way. Lesnar hit his head on the ring post just as he did at Wrestlemania 31, and The Undertaker drew blood from Lesnar punches that can be assumed were intentional.
This morning, it was reported by F4WOnline.com’s Bryan Alvarez that Vince McMahon and Kevin Dunn were furious because WWE currently had a very strict no blood policy. Alvarez received texts from a source backstage who saw Dunn and McMahon’s reaction to Lesnar and Undertaker drawing blood.
Apparently, Dunn was screaming to get a doctor into the ring for Lesnar and Taker. During the match, the WWE doctor went into the Hell in a Cell continued to try to assist the performers and attempt to calm them down. His attempts failed because eventually Lesnar shoved him defiantly, so the doctor did not return, and Lesnar and Undertaker finished the match.
WWE.com has released photos of Brock Lesnar’s injuries. Lesnar received nine staples in his head after his “Hell in a Cell” match. Nothing had been reported for The Undertaker’s injuries due to the Wyatt Family angle.
