Last week on Raw, Xavier Woods was put through a table by The Dudley Boyz as his fellow New Day members Kofi Kingston and Big E watched in horror from the ramp. On a Raw Fallout segment, The Dudley Boyz proclaimed, “Xavier Woods is no more. Xavier Woods won’t be in Los Angeles. Xavier Woods won’t be at ‘Hell in a Cell'”

The New Day will defend their WWE Tag Team Championship against The Dudley Boyz on tonight’s “Hell in a Cell” PPV. This news isn’t confirmed, but all signs are pointing to Xavier Woods missing the PPV tonight.

According to F4Wonline.com, the reason for The Dudley Boyz table spot and direct lines about Woods not appearing on the PPV tonight is Woods is getting married this weekend and will likely be missing “Hell in a Cell” and possibly some television.

Bubba Ray Dudley posted the following tweet about this news:

The beauty of the Freebird rule is that Xavier Woods doesn’t need to be in Los Angeles for the Tag Team Championship match to take place. If this turns out to be true, Kofi Kingston and Big E will defend the tag team titles against Bubba Ray and Devon Dudley. Though Xavier Woods and his trombone will be missed.
