Back in June of last year, Tyson Kidd suffered an extremely severe neck injury during a dark match with Samoa Joe. He’s been recovering from an injury that kills over ninety percent ever since.
It’s now been eight months of recovery, and now Kidd is starting to seriously consider getting back on the road and into the ring. However, that may be a more difficult road than many of us initially thought.
We’re all still fresh off Daniel Bryan’s retirement due to WWE refusing to clear him because Bryan’s passion for wrestling would have permanently injured him. Now, it seems that WWE may find themselves in the same situation with Tyson Kidd.
According to a report from DailyWrestlingNews.com, Kidd is optimistic about returning to the ring, but WWE officials are very resistant to the idea of clearing him out of fear for his health.
