This award could be a perfect example of smart WWE fans refusing to vote and be involved with the “stupid” Slammy Awards, but then these same fans want to complain about Neville getting the award over Kevin Owens.

It’s not that Neville isn’t deserving, but the case for Kevin Owens speaks for itself. It’s not just that he beat John Cena on his first night. Kevin Owens dominated NXT; Cena vs. Owens was a feud of the year, and Owens was the Intercontinental Champion.

There is no superstar that made a bigger impact in 2015 than Owens. A feud should come out of this. It only makes sense to give Owens and Neville something to do outside of a title.
