The Rock’s Girlfriend is Pregnant

Finally, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has become a father again. The Rock has confirmed on Instagram that he and his long-time girlfriend Lauren Hashian are expecting a child.

Today, The People’s Champion posted the following on Instagram:

I was raised by and live with amazing and strong women, so the universe felt we needed one more… IT’S A BABY GIRL!! THANK YOU guys so much for the awesome support and love you’ve sent @laurenhashianofficial and myself from around the world. We’re so grateful for this blessing and thrilled to share the news with y’all.

This will be the first child for the couple and The Rock’s second daughter. Johnson was married to his high school sweetheart Dany Garcia from 1997 to 2007. Together, Rock’s first daughter, Simone Alexandra was born in 2001.

Soon after, Johnson began dating the daughter of drummer Sib Hashian, Lauren Hashian. Her father was the drummer for the band, Boston. Lauren and Dwayne first met in 2006 while Johnson was filming The Game Plan in Boston and the two have been together ever since.

In September, they announced that they were expecting their first child, but the Instagram post above confirmed that the child will be a girl. For us wrestling fans, that just means there is the potential for two-fourth generation female wrestlers in the industry someday.
