Tajiri Discusses Returning to WWE After “Cruiserweight Classic”

Many WWE fans are going to remember Tajiri very fondly as the cruiserweight who spit “Green Mist” and used the Tarantula as a finishing maneuver.

After years away wrestling in New Japan and for other promotions, Tajiri will have a spot in the “Cruiserweight Classic” next month.

The former WWE Cruiserweight and United States Champion recently participated in a Reddit “Ask Me Anything” event and answered questions about Eddie Guerrero, returning to WWE, and more.

Does he think he’ll return to WWE after the “Cruiserweight Classic?” 

“At some point I would like to return as an old man, and do a very slow slide into the ring, and a handspring elbow. I was able to do everything except heavyweight and intercontinental titles, so there’s not much left for me to do. Many who were fired seem to want to come back, but I don’t feel that way. I think I’ve done everything I can as a Japanese guy this size.”
