Rumor Hill: Major Name May Return at Tonight’s “Hell in a Cell” PPV

Tyler Breeze, Sheamus, Samoa Joe and others are all being rumored as possible opponents for John Cena at WWE “Hell in a Cell” tonight.

According to WrestlingReporter author Scott Keith, has potentially broken the story of the today. In unconfirmed news, Keith claims he received an email that Daniel Bryan is on route to Los Angeles for tonight’s “Hell in the Cell” PPV. It’s said that Bryan claimed to have been cleared from a concussion and was making his return this weekend to “work”.

He posted the following:

I landed in LA about 2 hours ago. It was a fairly empty flight, but one Bryan Danielson happened to be sitting a few seats in front of me. Yada Yada Yada, I feigned ignorance as to whom he was, chatted him up. I lied and said I was a neurologist, and he told me that he had actually just been cleared from a concussion and was going back to work tomorrow. He didn’t tell me what he did, so it’s not as if he confirmed it, but it doesn’t take rocket appliance to put two and two together. Do with this info as you wish, worst case Ontario you post this email, I’m wrong, and Bix talks about how dumb you are for the Nth time.

Scott Keith was the person responsible for breaking the new that John Cena will be taking time off from WWE to host a fitness reality show on FOX. So, the potential for Keith to have broken another story isn’t unlikely.

Daniel Bryan has been stated in interviews for several months that WWE’s doctors are on the fence about clearing him because WWE has cracked down on concussions as of late. Bryan’s has a long history of concussions which as put his wrestling future as an in-ring competitor is up in the air.

The rumor is Daniel Bryan went to an independent doctor who cleared him. If Daniel Bryan is returning to a WWE ring tonight, there is an expectation that Bryan is going to accept John Cena’s open challenge at tonight’s PPV.
