Rumor: Finn Balor vs. Shinsuke Nakamura Being Planned For NXT Takeover: Brooklyn

Now that NXT Takeover: The End has come and gone, it’s time to start thinking about NXT Takeover: Brooklyn II.

Last year, Takeover: Brooklyn was a very special show that was Bayley become a superstar, Balor take the reigns of NXT From Kevin Owens, and much more. This year’s show has big shoes to fill.

According to a report from DailyWrestlingNews.com, there is already one rumored match that will make the event must see.

Apparently, Shinsuke Nakamura and Finn Balor worked last night’s NXT television tapings, which gives a lot of speculation that we could be seeing Balor vs. Nakamura in Brooklyn this August.

Obviously, Balor vs. Nakamura is extremely intriguing and would create an amazing atmosphere to see “The Demon” face off against “The King of Strong Style.”

The only question we would have is who will face Samoa Joe for the NXT Championship in Brooklyn, but there are some choices for that as well.

For example, we still don’t know the exact stats of Bobby Roode and two months is a long way away. Could we see Joe vs. Roode for the NXT Championship?
