Back at “Money in the Bank,” Natalya turned heel and attacked Becky Lynch after they lost a tag team match to Charlotte and Dana Brooke at “Money in the Bank.”
Since then, Lynch and Natalya have been feuding, but it doesn’t have a ton of momentum does it? Maybe, it is just me, but I love both of them.
They’re both great in the ring and the match next Sunday will probably be very good. I’m just confused why two of the best female wrestlers on the roster are feuding, and I’m not really invested in their match. That’s not cool.
The story is simple. Natalya wants to look out for number one, which led her to prove her point by targeting her friend. Becky Lynch has been betrayed before, so she’s out for revenge against “The Queen of Hearts.”
Maybe, it is the lack of television time for them. Honestly, I’m not really buying the “new attitude” of Natalya because it doesn’t come off as genuine. It comes off like she’s acting.
For Lynch, we’ve already seen this storyline from her earlier this year. The only thing that changed is the person who betrayed her.
The match on Sunday has a good chance of changing my mind, but the build needs to be much better if their feud is going to continue after the WWE Draft.
