John Cena has been with WWE for almost fifteen years. There isn’t much else for him to do in WWE, but he’s been through years of ridicule from a lot of people for staying with WWE for so long.
A lot of people would question if Cena was staying in his comfort zone despite claiming it was due to loyalty and passion for the business.
That’s a debatable claim, but no one has had as strong a run as Cena has in this industry regarding money and longevity.
However, it is undeniable that WWE is beginning to move on the changing of the guard has already happened in WWE.
According to a rumor from CageSideSeats.com, John Cena is doing more and more outside of WWE. While his loyalty is still to WWE, he may not be considered as a guy who can carry SmackDown the way it needs to be.
The latest rumors have Cena and AJ Styles on SmackDown while Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins handle the star power on Raw. If Cena isn’t the guy, Dean Ambrose could be the top face for SmackDown since Styles is a heel.
