Last night, NXT Takeover: The End gave us new NXT Tag Team Champions, the end of Balor vs. Joe, and much more. But as that event comes to an end, the beginning of the next Takeover special has begun.
Last year, NXT Takeover: Brooklyn made history. For the first time, NXT sold out the Barclays Center to give the wrestling world NXT on a major stage. This year, NXT is looking to take over Brooklyn all over again.
It was announced earlier this week by Triple H that NXT Takeover: Brooklyn II will take place on August 20th, which is the night before “Summerslam.”
During NXT Takeover: The End, it was revealed that tickets will go on sale this Saturday, and it’s expected to be one of the biggest events of the year.
The following tweets were posted by the official Twitter page of NXT and by The Game to promote the event:

Last week, there were rumors that “The End” would be the last Takeover special for NXT, but that was nothing but a rumor. WWE would have been insane to cancel Takeover specials for NXT.
As of this writing, we have no idea what the card is going to look like, but it’s going to be something special since a Takeover special always is in some way.
Do you think NXT Takeover: Brooklyn II will be Bayley’s final match in NXT?
