There a going to be few careers in this industry without regrets. Frankly, it’s going to be extremely difficult to find any career in any industry without a single regret.

For professional wrestlers, it typically means walking away from a lot of money like Stone Cold did in 2002, or injuring someone like Bill Goldberg did back in 1999.

Recently, Goldberg did an interview shortly after the announcement for him to be a part of WWE2K17 with Romain Mahut to promote the video game.

You can listen to the full interview right here. Below is what Goldberg revealed as the biggest regret of his career:

“I wouldn’t have kicked Bret Hart in the head. I respect Bret. I look up to Bret. A tear comes to my eye when I even think about it. For an icon like him to have his career cut short by a mistake or an accident by myself is almost impossible to deal with. So that’s truly to me, not to be selfish, but to make myself feel better, but, at the end of the day, I just wish I could take that back.”

What do you think Bret Hart’s career would have been like if Goldberg hadn’t made a mistake?
