First Entrant in the 2016 Royal Rumble Match Revealed

Last night during Monday Night Raw’s MizTV segment, several WWE superstars came out, and the speculation began on who is going to win the 2016 Royal Rumble and go to Wrestlemania 32.

After the segment, WWE posted the following on Twitter:

The Big Show has every reason in the world to win the “Royal Rumble”. Unfortunately, this is a routine that he does every single year in the build-up to the event. It doesn’t matter how many people he throws over the top rope as an example over the next few weeks; he’s not going to be in the main event of Wrestlemania.

At this point, it is anyone’s guess for who is going to win the “Royal Rumble” match. That’s a great thing and will add a lot of speculation and intrigue to the match. Over the last couple of years, the Rumble has been pivotal in dictating the voice of the WWE fans and what they want to see for Wrestlemania.

Two years ago, the WWE Universe was so appalled that Daniel Bryan wasn’t in the Rumble that they turned on Batista and forced WWE’s hand into giving Bryan the WWE title a few months later.

Last year, it was the negative reaction against Roman Reigns that most likely led to Seth Rollins cashing in at Wrestlemania 31. The question is if the WWE Universe will express their displeasure again for the third straight year.
