In a similar idea, WWE has posted a poll today asking the WWE Universe which championship they would like to see brought back into WWE. You can view the post and hopefully vote right here.
Nearly forty-five thousand votes have been tallied and right now, the Hardcore Championship has forty-seven percent of the votes. What’s interesting is the former WWE Women’s Championship that was worn by the Fabulous Moolah, Trish Stratus, Lita and many others holds twenty-nine percent of the votes.
Some of the WWE female talents have taken to Twitter to give their opinion on the poll:

The term “Divas” has been a matter of debate for WWE fans for awhile now. In his quest for change in WWE, Mick Foley even made a point in that debate earlier today.
There are many like Foley that think the term Divas has overstayed it’s welcome and is no longer a proper term to define what makes a prominent WWE female wrestler in 2015.
Bringing back the WWE Women’s Championship would be a great way to further change the perception of women’s wrestling and bring in the new chapter to represent females in wrestling with more respect.
The famous Women’s Championship would bring back a lot of prestige and maybe even give the division two singles titles to chase.
