Braun Strowman Turning Babyface For Feud With Drew McIntyre

A few months ago, Braun Strowman was thriving as a babyface and most fans believed he’d capture the WWE Universal Championship from Roman Reigns or Brock Lesnar. A lot of people were against “The Monster Among Men” turning heel for the rivalry with Reigns heading into Hell in a Cell. It’s seemed counterproductive to Braun’s momentum.

After partnering with Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre for the past couple of weeks to feud with The Shield, the trio fell apart last week. WWE officials are pulling the trigger on a rivalry between McIntyre and Strowman, but one of them has to turn babyface. It has been reported by Rajah that Braun Strowman will be turning back into a babyface.

According to the report, Braun spent the weekend playing the role during WWE’s live events. The WWE Universe actually wants to support him so it’s not going to take that much to make the change. With McIntyre acting as the heel, it’s going to be a different dynamic since WWE officials are also attempting to build him up as a title contender.

That means Strowman won’t be dominating McIntyre the same way he did Kevin Owens during their feud. It has been reported that WWE officials have no “end game” for their rivalry and are winging it from week to week. Since Braun Strowman will challenge for the WWE Universal Title at Crown Jewel, that is the top priority for him at the moment.

Braun was given the biggest moment of the night after winning the Greatest Royal Rumble. More people would also appreciate his title victory if Strowman is a babyface.
