Not only that event but WWE has had to make major changes between now and Wrestlemania 32 as Rollins was pivotal to those plans. WWE creative is rewriting all major plans as of yesterday.
According to PWInsider.com, WWE was planning on Seth Rollins defending the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Roman Reigns in the main event of “Survivor Series” and “TLC” next month.
The plans called for Roman to win the WWE Championship before the end of the year. The title change most likely would have occurred at “Survivor Series”. Reigns was meant to be the WWE Champion heading into 2016 and into WrestleMania.
There is no word on if Reigns becoming the champion is still the plan headed into 2016. It’s very likely that plans changed due to Rollins’ injury. However, most fans are of the belief that Roman Reigns is going to walk out of “Survivor Series” as the WWE Champion.
In a small update on Rollins health, Seth will fly back home to Iowa either today or tomorrow. Surgery is of course a must to repair Rollins’ leg and get him back into the ring where he belongs as soon as possible.
