Tonight is the “Survivor Series” PPV and a new WWE World Heavyweight Champion will finally be crowned. Earlier this month, when Seth Rollins went down with a significant injury that forced him to vacate the WWE Champion, there were rumors that WWE’s original plans had been changed dramatically.

However, it has been speculated more recently that there is little internal panic within WWE after Rollins’ injury because WWE’s plans for Roman Reigns and the Road to Wrestlemania 32 has been mapped out in advance.

The absence of Rollins has no doubt changed some plans, but WWE’s path to get to where they want to go has merely been altered because of Rollins’ injury.

Unless WWE has changed their plans for tonight’s “Survivor Series”, Roman Reigns will win the WWE World Title. There are many opportunities for curveballs and swerves, including a Dean Ambrose title win, or a Reigns heel turn.

According to PWInsider.com, WWE viewed Seth Rollins as WWE’s top star before his injury. However, the reaction to losing Rollins isn’t the same as if WWE lost John Cena or Randy Orton

A WWE source made the claim that if John Cena and Randy Orton were still on WWE television, no one within WWE would have panicked. In fact, no one within WWE would even bat an eye over Rollins’ injury.
