Alexa Bliss is finding her footing on SmackDown. She hit a speed bump after Becky Lynch’s injury before “No Mercy” because now what was going to be a one-off title match is going to need to keep building and could turn into a more complex story.
Down in NXT, Bliss wasn’t doing anything major until she became the valet for Blake and Murphy while they were the NXT Tag Team Champions. It seems like she could be one of those performers who works better with another partner.
Recently, Alexa Bliss did an interview with Idaho Free Press to discuss her WWE career, and she discussed the difficulties that she has faced in her wrestling career thus far.
You can read the full interview with Bliss right here. Below is what she had to say about the physical toll being in the ring every week is on the human body:
“People don’t realize everything we go through. There are so many times I’ve gotten bloody noses or have gotten all bruised up. Nothing you do can prepare you for the toll this takes on your body. This is the hardest thing I’ve ever done.”
