Well, The League of Nations are in even more trouble. Yesterday, the group’s leader Sheamus went down with an undisclosed arm injury that left his arm in a cast. There is no current timetable for his return to the ring, but it looks like Alberto Del Rio will be joining him.

According to several sources, including PWInsider.com, the former United States Champion Alberto Del Rio is suffering from a lower back injury that he recently received during his feud with Kalisto.

It’s not known for sure when the injury took place, but it’s very likely it was as recent as this past Sunday’s “Royal Rumble” PPV. Many have taken notice that Del Rio did not wrestle on Monday Night Raw this week, and he wasn’t present for Smackdown either.

His injury could not be very serious, but this poses a lot of questions for The League of Nations stable that was already treading water with all four men wrestling. Now, that the only two are King Barrett and Rusev, it makes more sense to disband the group and move on.

Sheamus’ injury status hasn’t been updated yet, but Del Rio is still scheduled for this weekend’s WWE live events. If he wrestles this weekend, the injury obviously isn’t serious.
