In this world, sometimes there are moments or problems that unite us no matter what the differences we share with one another. In wrestling, everyone is debating about who should face Triple H at Wrestlemania 32 in a few months, but we can all agree to be in full support of Bret “Hitman” Hart in his time of need.

A couple of days ago, the WWE Hall of Famer announced that he was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer.

The WWE Universe and wrestling fans, in general, have been nothing but supportive of The Hitman since then, and the support that has been shown to him is inspiring.

Just today, the “World’s Most Famous Arena” Madison Square Garden posted the following on Instagram in support of Bret Hart:

Shortly after his announcement on Monday, Bret appeared on Ring Rust Radio and had the following to say about his recent diagnoses:

“I think just by being open and honest about it. Letting people know that I’m in the fight, and as I go through it, I’ll show people just that,” Hart said. “Hopefully in the near future I can prove to people that I will overcome this battle and be on the better side of it in six months or so. Hopefully, people will gain strength from that and use me as somebody they can look up to if someone in their family or themselves goes through it.”
